Mom and Me: Breath and Stretch is for all mamas who are 6 weeks to one year postpartum. This physiotherapist-led class combines breathwork and yoga-based flexibility exercises while spending quality time with your baby. This class is designed with modifications in mind, to meet your body where it's at! No previous experience in yoga is required. Join us in our beautiful Move Studio for 10 weeks of restorative goodness. Bring your little one and your yoga mat! No drop-ins, by registration only.

Mom and Me: Strong Like Mom is for all mamas who are 6 weeks to one year postpartum. Hey Mama, you can't go wrong with getting strong! Join us for a full-body strengthening workout that focuses on achieving good form and breath control with all movements. This class is designed with modifications in mind, to ensure that we are safely progressing strength, fitness and function. No previous experience in strength and conditioning training is required. Bring your little one, yoga mat and clean indoor running shoes. No drop-ins, by registration only.

Pelvic Floor and Core

Mom and Me: Pelvic Floor and Core is for all mamas who are 6 weeks to one year postpartum. This pelvic floor physiotherapist-led class focuses on connecting the breath, pelvic floor and deep core to optimise strength and function. This class is rooted in pilates-based training and designed to be low impact. Exercises will be performed on a yoga mat with your baby, using bodyweight, resistance bands and swiss balls. Bring your little and your yoga mat! No drop-ins, by registration only.
Strength & Stretch

A perfect blend of fitness! Join Audrey for this dynamic 60-minute class, designed to get you stronger and increase your range of motion. The first 30 minutes will focus on building strength using body weight and resistance band training, followed by 30 minutes of mobility and flexibility exercises. All ages welcome. No experience required. Get ready to lengthen and strengthen at the MOVE Studio!

Yoga Nidra or 'yogic sleep' is an effortless and deeply restorative meditation practice rooted in yogic philosophy. Join Dana for a fully guided meditation practiced laying down in complete comfort. Through breath, body awareness, and visualization, class members will have the opportunity to welcome a state of blissful relaxation and tap into the inner wisdom that already resides within.
Private Couples (Wedding) Dance Lesson

Make your first dance magical! Couples will learn the basics of slow dance, as well as how to gracefully turn, dip and perform a show stopping lift. No previous dance experience required. Choreography can be customized to your song to really make your first dance one for the books! We ask that you please email Audrey with your song 2 weeks before your scheduled lesson.

This workshop is for anyone interested in learning more about optimizing labor, delivery & recovery. You will learn what muscles to work on for the pushing strategy, what muscles to work on to reduce your risk of tearing, what strategy to use to reduce your risk of pelvic organ prolapse and abdominal diastasis.
